This online applications' time window for all courses commencing in October 2026 is open for all Third Country (non-EU) Nationals not yet residing in Malta (hence without an active and valid Maltese EID).

All required documents for a fully completed online application must be properly uploaded. This includes:

• Scans of MQRIC Statement(s) for non-Maltese qualifications
• Copies of Certificates and official transcripts/results in English (including required Apostilled translations)
• Copies of original English Proficiency Certificates
• All other necessary documentation

In cases where required certification is not attained by the deadline, a maximum of 10 working days (from the deadline) will be granted to present missing documentation.

Beyond this period, incomplete applications will not be processed for October 2026 intake.

If MQRIC Statements are required but not in possession by the 30th June 2026, the applicant must present the official receipt from MQRIC.
