MCAST congratulates all students who will be receiving their Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in the upcoming graduation ceremonies.
There will be six ceremonies as follows:
Ceremony 1 – Thursday 28th November 2019 4:30pm- Institute of Community Services
Ceremony 2 – Thursday 28th November 2019 7:00pm- Institute of Engineering and Transport & – Institute of Applied Sciences
Ceremony 3 – Friday 29th November 2019 4:30pm- Institute of Information and Comm. Technology
Ceremony 4 – Friday 29th November 2019 7:00pm- Institute for Creative Arts
Ceremony 5 – Monday 2nd December 2019 4:30pm- Institute of Business Management and Commerce
Ceremony 6 – Tuesday 3rd December 2019 7:00pm- Institute of Community Services (LSEs)

A thanksgiving mass is being held on Wednesday 27th November 2019 at 7pm at the St John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta for all graduands who will be conferred with Bachelor Degrees.
Formal attire is required. Furthermore, kindly note that stiletto and narrow-heeled shoes are not permitted within the Co-Cathedral.
All graduands are required to assemble at Parliament Square, Valletta at 6.15pm sharp, where they shall proceed processionally to St John’s Co-Cathedral, to be seated by 6.50pm. Parents are being advised to be seated by 6.45pm. No academic gowns will be worn for the processional walk and mass, but formal dress code is required.
Registration for Graduation Ceremony and Mass
All graduands have to register in order for their seat to be reserved and inform us on their preference regarding data protection.
Graduands who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony also need to apply, in order to graduate in absentia, by filling in the online form by not later than Wednesday 27th November 2019.

Absenteeism from Graduation Ceremonies
Graduands who do not attend the graduation ceremony, will be informed at a later date when they may collect their Certificate. If this cannot be collected personally, it is important that a Trusted Representative Consent form is printed and duly filled in and presented at the Office of the Registrar. The form can be downloaded by clicking on this link.
Due to limited space, extra tickets will be issued on a first-come first-served basis, upon request through this form by not later than Friday 22nd November 2019.

BlockCerts – Digital Certification on the Blockchain
MCAST provides you with a digital version of your certificate which you can share with employers and colleagues. Digital certification can be verified by the recipient online and offer a secure and efficient way of demonstrating that your certificate is authentic. Please refer to the instructions flyer enclosed with this pack in order to install your wallet and receive your Blockchain certificate. Your digital certificate will be published within 15 days from graduation day, or when your public key becomes available, whichever comes first.
