The Malta College for Arts, Science, and Technology (MCAST) has teamed up with MOVE to celebrate a global event namely, ‘MOVE Week’ which aims to showcase the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle.

In an initiative organised by MCAST and MOVE, students, and staff at the College are encouraged to flex their muscles and participate in a ‘Bicycle Bus’. A bicycle bus is a group of persons meeting at some location with bicycles and cycling together in company towards MCAST, ‘picking up’ other participants along the route, then arriving together.
