POST:  Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Managing Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
  • Maintain scheduling of events and daily meetings
  • To run and create regular reports
  • Assist Management in planning workloads
  • Follow up on deadlines to ensure projects are completed as assigned
  • Take up minutes and provide attendees with copies of minutes
  • Handle correspondence and manage communications between departments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying very organised and meticulous
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must
  • Level 4 MCAST qualification (Business Admin and Secretarial) or

holds a recognized Level 4 qualification in HR or Leadership and Management.
