They should be marked with the respective code and title as stated above. The tender documents should be deposited in the appropriate tender box by not later than Friday 22 September 2006 at 1400 hrs. Late offers will not be accepted. The College reserves the right to refuse any or all offers, even the most advantageous. MCAST reserves the right to accept or refuse in part or in whole, any or all tenders submitted.
