GOZO CENTRE - GENERAL INFORMATION

Sports at the MCAST Gozo Centre

The Sports Department within MCAST’s Gozo Centre intends to organize various sporting activities throughout the next academic year. Apart from leagues, games will also be organized against other schools. The students will be given the opportunity to try out new sports, including outdoor activities. They will also have the opportunity to attend taster sessions and demonstrations, as well as talks on sports and health-related issues. The students will also be able to go over to Malta to play against other teams from other MCAST Institutes. The Department offers a friendly atmosphere and promotes fun and true sportsmanship. The ultimate aim is to motivate students to take part in some sporting activities so as to have a healthier and more active lifestyle. The department also aims to help improve the sporting culture in Gozo.
