This training scheme, part of the National Action Plan for Employment, is intended to assist self-employed persons and persons employed in enterprises with less than twenty employees, to participate in further off-the-job vocational education and training.

Assistance wll be given in the form of a training grant that will be reimbursed to the individual after succesfully completing the training.
